Thanksgiving

This is our first Thanksgiving as a married couple!

We are spending it in Midlothian Virginia with some of Michael’s family. It should be a lot of fun. This time of year always has us thinking about what we are thankful for and this year we wanted to share it with you all too.

We are thankful for…
-Our marriage and the love we share
-Peanut who will always be our first child
-Our families for their love and support
-Our friends
-Good health
-Our safety
-Our freedom

and finally, we are thankful that we aren’t turkeys!

Friends

There are very few people in this world that I can say are true friends. Friends that I know will be there through thick and thin. Friends that I don’t have to call and talk to everyday or else I think they are mad a me. Friends that want the same things I do, no drama and lots of fun. I’m so proud to have a friend like this, she is the most amazing person I know, besides my husband of course.

I am so excited to hang out with her again this weekend. It’s been forever, well since June at the wedding, but it feels like forever. I feel privleged to meet her fiance and get to know him too.

Cheers to having a freaking amazing pal! Love you girl!

Excellent News

I got some great news in the mail today. I have completed all of my endorsment classes for the grad program. I just have to wait for my Praxis scores… I really hope I passed it this time….

By the way Peanut turned 6 months yesterday! Yeay!

Praxis I… Take two

So Saturday I am going to retake the writing section of the Praxis I. I am in need of 4 more points. I am sorta nervous… I have like 5 more tests I have to take for my teaching license so I don’t have time to take this anymore. I go at 330pm and it takes a couple hours…

Our new baby

We would like to introduce you to our new baby, Peanut. He was born May 12, 2006.

He is now 8.7 lb. and still growing quickly. He has recently lost 6 teeth and is now gumming his food. It’ very cute. He is a pure bred Yorkshire Terrier. The words we hear very often to describe him are energetic and frisky. Here he is in his Halloween sweater.
