1. Have you had Mason yet?
No, most first time mothers are overdue…. I will post his arrival as soon as he gets here. We are as anxious to meet him as you are.

2. How are you feeling?
I’m feeling like a woman who is caring a 7+ lb child. The biggest complaint these days are the sore hips and lack of sleep.

3. How close is he to coming? How big will he be?
The doctors are telling us that he’s not coming until the induction. The doctor guessed that he will be less than 8 lbs. she thinks about 7.5lb…. We’ll see

4. When can we meet him?
We would like sometime to get used to being home with a baby. Please give us a few days to adjust and work things out with Mason and Peanut.

5. Are you excited?
Of course! We can’t wait to meet the little guy!

Babymoon

We decided to get away one last time before Mason comes. Mom watched Peanut so we were able to enjoy ourselves and have some peace and quite. Seeing as I am not allowed to travel very far we got a hotel in Fairfax, about 20 minutes from where we live.
It was really nice. We were surprised how clean and spacious it was for the price we paid.

I had been dying to get into the pool. We spent all day Sat relaxing at the pool. It really made my back feel so much better. I miss it already.

Baby food deal

This is a coupon for Gerber baby food at Target right now through August 15th. It’s for $1 off any 2 Gerber toddler or baby foods. Even if your baby isn’t ready for solid foods, most of the baby food is good through 2009. We are going to stock up tomorrow with my 20 coupons…

Depending where you live depends on the deal. Some people I have read are getting the food for .02 and others for .74…. Either way it’s a steal!

He’s almost here!!

It’s hard to believe there are only 19 days left until my due date… That means even if he is 2 weeks late I’ll be a mommy in less than 33 days!!

We are both very excited and can’t wait for the big moment when we get to rush off to the hospital to end this journey and start another. We have all these big ideas for him but I am sure things will change as we learn what we are doing and he grows.

Tomorrow morning is my doctors appointment. I am hoping to find out he has at least dropped. I can’t wait to see what they expect his size to be, even though they told me they aren’t always right.
