Mason’s first trip

We traveled down to Norfolk, Va for a wedding this weekend. I was nervous about Mason at the wedding but he was awesome! He slept through the entire ceremony…. He spent all day outside and boy was it good for him! He slept from 10:15pm-7:00am and only woke up for a bottle once at 3:00am! Fresh air does wonders!!

Mason had his 2 week appointment last week and passed with flying colors!
Weight: 9 pounds 10 ounces (75%)
Height: 21 3/4 inches (75%)

My 1st real bath at home. It wasn’t very fun but I smell soooo good now!

Mom decided I needed to get dressed up for HER birthday. While she sat around in her jammies all day! Mason in his polo, sweater vest and khaki pants/shorts.

Last night went AWESOME!! Mason slept for 3-3.5 hours between bottles. There was no crying….and…. he put himself to sleep in the bassinet! Mommy feels sooo energized! Keep your fingers crossed that we are getting on a schedule.

Michael is doing a great job on diaper duty. He can’t use not knowing how as an excuse anymore. There are many more diapers to come. I swear we change about 30 diapers a day! He still hasn’t christened anyone… the gauze bandage he has down there may be protecting us for now… I’m sure someone will get it soon.
